Essentially this is a "no expense spared" project by a fellow called Antoine Depoizier and his winemaker Alec Fell. Only the best fruit, oak and packaging is used. The style is rich and unctuous, with balanced oak. It has just enough freshness to balance out its immense richness, and is all about apricot and peach fruit over a citrus core. Each mouthful has the kind of impact that a good white Châteauneuf-du-Pape has.
