The vineyards, located at 600 and 800 meters above sea level in San Rafael, are irrigated by the pure waters of the Diamante River. The warm days and cold nights create the exact pace for the best fruits to ripen, and the harvest begins when the grapes have reached the perfect level of ripeness, where acidity level and sugar strike a perfect balance. This balance translates beautifully into this wine. The fruit feels sweet initially, almost viscous, but fresh in the mouth, with round tannins, balanced acidity and an elegant finish. It's no wonder that this winery has so many awards to its name.
