Single varietal Sauvignon Blanc is not often seen in wines coming out of Rioja, but Spain's best known quality wine producing region certainly has something to offer Sauvignon-lovers with this little number! Bodegas Leza García have created this very special white, squeezing out all the character that the soils and the climate transmit to the fruits of their vines. There is even a little touch of that Riojan magic as 20% of the wine was briefly rested in new American and French oak barrels to add a smoky complexity to the finish.
