We've been working with Claudio for almost two decades, as he continually impresses us with his wines. This is a superb Gavi from the commune of Tassarolo in the heart of this famous region. The fruit is certified Organic, with only natural products used sparingly when needed - including a lower use of sulphur dioxide. Caludio's ethos here is really about letting nature express itself in the bottle, allowing the pure quality of this vineyard to shine through in the glass. And we think it strikes the perfect balance between drinkability and serious class!
