Having worked vintages in Chile, Argentina, South Africa, and both coasts of the USA, Mimmo has returned to Settesoli in his native Menfi in Sicily to apply his expertise to the winery where he started his career back in the 1990s. Now in charge, Mimmo encourages a focus on varietal character in his winemaking.
