Heavily Italian-influenced like many producers in the south of Brazil, Salton shows this in its seemingly innate ability to produce the cleanest and most refreshing sparkling wines that Italy has become so famous for in recent years. This Rosé sparkler is a nod to both France and Italy using the classy Champagne grapes (Chardonnay and Pinot Noir) but made using the Charmat method (like Prosecco) which creates quality sparkling at a lower price than the labour intensive Champagne, so you get elegance without paying through the nose!
