Our first venture into the organic fare on offer at Yuntero in Manzanares, in central Spain, and this is a good way to begin. Over and above its non-organic counterparts, it seems to have far more expression of pure fruit and an energy that's very compelling in the mouth. Expect this wine to be like a little explosion of dark fruit, with a touch of spice on the tongue.
