Adriano Mignanego is at the helm of his family's winery, continuing the tradition of making this now-famous white wine, Gavi, with intensity and purity. As so often happens with wines that come into fashion, there's Gavi out there now that bears little resemblance to the proper stuff, corners cut in vineyards and wineries in order to cash in on the fad. Adriano's wine is the antithesis of that and as a result is a shining beacon of why this wine style has become so well known.
