Convento do Paraiso is a very quality-focussed project from a region very familiar to many of us - Algarve. The Imprevisto is the result of a long and meticulous study of the land and the local climate that aimed to identify great potential for growing local varieties for wine. The clay and limestone soil encourages the full expression of the region, with great depth to its plum, blackberry and cocoa notes, but local winds lighten the weight leaving a wine in perfect balance.
