If the popularity of spritzers is anything to go by, then the renaissance of Vinho Verde was inevitable! You could argue that it was never in vogue in the first place... but it really is now. It has a beautiful deft citric lightness of touch and a lowish alcohol content to boot, that make it really fun to drink and not at all dangerous. In a word, it's mouth-watering.
