Gran Syrah from leading Argentinean winery Las Moras brings together parcels of Syrah from three unique valleys, Pedernal, Zonda and Tulum. All sitting at different altitudes and located in the San Juan region. An area that has recently jumped out of the shadow of better known Mendoza for the quality of its Syrah. The wine is big and bold with heaps of blackcurrant fruit, peppery spice and, with time, it will develop leather and tobacco notes too. A real treat when paired with your favourite cut of steak and home cooked fries.
