Very stylish, gold medal-winning Barossa Valley Shiraz that is perfect for drinking right now. It has a lovely textured oak component to match its softened-off Barossa fruit. Ripe to begin with, aged then in American oak and bottle, it could be said to be Oz's answer to Rioja Gran Reserva! Note - this wine throws a perfectly natural sediment and so should be poured with care or decanted. It's a function of its age and is a sign of quality rather than anything else.
