We tasked the Fuse Team, our winemaking hotshots, with filling this bottle with the most fresh and engaging juice they could muster - and they've excelled! This Sauvignon is ideal to serve with grilled asparagus spears, although you might knock up a sole à la Meunière to wow dinner party guests.
