Pioneering husband and wife, Trevor and Robyn Bolitho, run the Waimea Estate in New Zealand's Nelson region. They changed from apples to grapes in 1993, releasing their first wines in 1997. They brought on board legendary Kiwi winemaker Trudy Shield, and we've worked closely with their team to make this exciting Sauvignon Blanc rendition possible. Anaru is a great example of the restrained Nelson style; mineral notes are coupled with spirited tropical fruit before a refreshing lime laced kick on the finish.
