The fruit for this wine comes from an estate in the McLaren Vale renowned for their work with Italian varietals, especially Sangiovese. Steve decided to grab a chunk after a great harvest and have a stab at making a Rosé that was as dry as possible. With stunning tart raspberry, sour cherry fruit and just enough fleshy texture to make it work, this wine has grown on us since landing in the warehouse and is now a firm favourite. Get it chilled and have it with some garlic and chilli prawns.
