What could possibly be better than soft textured, easy to drink, orchard fruit filled Italian fizz? Well how about a super attractive light pink colour and adding a layer of red summer fruit to the flavour profile. It has us hooked, that's for sure. We added a little splash of north western Italy's Brachetto grape to achieve this and the results are superb. Serve it well chilled with some garlic and chilli grilled prawns or alongside a summer fruit pudding that is built around strawberries and raspberries.
