After a few years hiatus the 5OS Project 'Octy' Malbec is back and it's inky black, packed with damson and blueberry jam fruit intensity and a smoothness that makes for one seriously impressive glass of wine. The grapes come from a block of vines down towards Aldinga, right on the McLaren Vale coast, and the team have been sourcing from here for years and know the vines, and the resulting fruit intimately.
