Louis Roederer Brut Premier is crafted by the Champagne House who deliver us the super-elite Cristal. So this is seriously thrilling non-vintage Champers! Deliciously rich, with an overt fruitiness and nutty, yeasty notes. The finish is long, complex and rewarding. True reward can be found by keeping for a couple of years for even greater complexity. David Williams of the Observer found "flavours of citrus, toast and patisserie" and labels Brut Premier "a reliably fine aperitif". We couldn't agree more.
