Hand waxed and stamped, this wine is a culmination of a dream David Levin had 25 years ago. It is unique in style with rich, exotic fruit aromas of mango, apricot and nectarine, hints of coconut and vanilla, with some wild mint. Exotic fruit flavours abound along with grapefruit and citrus, underpinned by a characteristic minerality and fresh acid balance. A lofty price tag perhaps, but it's more than made up for in the glass. An incredible alternative to more decadent drops, like Champagne.
