A wonderful cocktail of flavours from the home of fruit-driven wines, South Australia. Named after winemaker Steve Grimley's group of vineyard-dwelling pigs, this Shiraz continues the proud heritage of that hugely popular range. Sourced from perfectly ripe Shiraz grapes from plots across the state, creating the beautifully formed fruit we've come to expect from this varietal. Oozing blackberry and bramble components from nose to tail, soft and silky to the touch. It's pure lifestyle, in a bottle.

Our Two Plus One series of wines are created as much in the vineyard as they are in the winery itself by carefully selecting parcels of grapes and, once vinified, we take something already excellent and amplify it by adding one part of something truly exceptional. This release focuses on the noble French variety, Pinot Noir, and it is a wine with oodles of fruit character that is pinned on fresh strawberries and raspberries. Wonderfully juicy with supple tannins and more drinkability than you can shake a stick at.
L'Artisan Syrah Grenache Vin De France 2024

A wonderful combination of stalwart Rhône Valley varieties - Syrah and Grenache. Syrah makes up the lion's share of the blend, around 85% in total, layering the wine with lashings of blackcurrant fruit character and heaps of drinkability. Grenache makes up the rest, playing the supporting role, lending spicier notes, and polishing the finish thanks to a little more natural alcohol in the grapes at harvest time. Winemaker Cedric Ragues is top-chap and putting the blends together are great fun and an annual highlight in the buying calendar.
El Nubarrón Cabernet Sauvignon 2025
- ABV: 12.6%
- Vintage: 2025

-
Grape type:

Winemaker:
Hernan de la Barra -
Chile:
Valle Central -
At its best:

Hernan de la Barra tends these Cabernet vines in a verdant valley, tucked between the Andes and the coastal mountain ranges. Despite an extremely early and hot season that was made especially challenging because of the ongoing drought, the vines have endured and provided very ripe fruit. The vines here benefit from a mild climate and moist soil which is perfect for grape growing. And after careful alchemy in the winery the resulting wine is beautifully structured with welcome tannins and succulent dark berry fruit.

Prodezza Prosecco is typically Italian in style - flamboyantly elegant, if that's even possible! This delightful Prosecco is classic on the palate with crisp apple, fresh pear and notes of lemon zest. The bubbles and freshness work in complete harmony, leaving your senses completely satisfied that this now-famous wine style is not a flash in the pan, but here to stay.

Northern Italy is blessed with the geography to produce top fizz. Mountains, a fresh climate and suitable soils provide an ideal home for a number of grape varieties to flourish. Two of which are Trebbiano and Garganega, the blend here, showing their ability to take on the freshness of their environment and display it gracefully in the glass.

It shines in the glass with a delicate light pink hue, and we recommend serving it nice and chilled so that it delivers maximum refreshment, and the fresh strawberry, raspberry, and watermelon flavours are at their most intense. Grenache Noir is one of the great noble grape varieties. It is an essential component in the best red wines from the southern Rhône, yet when harvested a little earlier and treated with a light touch it the winery, it can make wonderfully fresh, red berry-laden rosés that are a joy to drink all year round. This is a great example and should be served nice and chilled with spicy nibbles or a main course inspired by the aromatic dishes of Thailand and Vietnam.

This is a mainstay of our Australian portfolio that adds a nice bit of variety to the wines we ship out of South Australia. Strout Road Vintners is a multi-varietal white blend, with the lion's share of that taken up by Semillon, which we used as the building block. We then set about carefully layering on top little dashes of Viognier, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. The finished wine is wonderfully expressive with just a touch of creaminess that's balanced out by a gorgeous mouth-watering acidity. An epic white that is very much more than the sum of its parts.
The Black Pig Pinot Grigio 2025

After the roaring success of the 16 Little Black Pigs Pinot Grigio, we thought we'd create a slightly upscale version of it with the help of Mr. Steve Grimley, our man Down Under. Like its junior peer, this wine is full of easy, lemon-infused scents and an exuberant, crisp vitality, citrus fruit at its heart, crunchy acidity and a long, lively finish - but all with added intensity. We don't want to complicate a good formula, so we haven't.

Semillon, originally known as the grape of Sauternes, has made a fantastic new home down under. In the Barossa Valley, with its warmer climate, they have reinvented Semillon in the classic Australian style. With lifted aromatics of orange blossom, lemon, and sugar snap peas, it is the perfect refreshing tipple for all occasions. Served chilled alongside a seafood salad or chicken satay for the ultimate treat.
