Valencia is a region on the rise, producing wines with a striking mix of energy and generosity. This cuvée shows just that - dark-fruited Petit Verdot brings depth and structure, Tempranillo adds classic Spanish charm, Garnacha lifts with bright red fruit and Syrah rounds things out with spice and supple richness. The result is a bold yet polished red that reflects the warmth of Mediterranean Spain in every glass.

There are few more dramatic vineyard sites than those of Mendoza. The name of this Malbec (Sun & Earth) reflects the fabulous volcanic vineyards and extraordinary sunlight quality that the Andes gifts this wine. The altitude of the vineyards brings clarity of light, water (from snow melt) and clean air, and moderates the high temperatures. This creates the perfect conditions for this wine to showcase concentrated fruit along with exceptional elegance and freshness.
The Black Pig Merlot 2025
- ABV: 12.2%
- Vintage: 2025
- Size: 75cl
-
Grape type:
Merlot -
Wine style:
Fruity Reds -
Winemaker:
Frank Mollo -
Australia:
South Eastern Australia -
At its best:
Now - End 2029
Australian Merlot is often overlooked and sits down the pecking order, living quietly in the shadow of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, just doing its thing. And its thing is to deliver wonderfully juicy, plum-and-red-berry-laden grapes to winemaker, Frank Mollo, to transform into one of the most drinkable red wines out there. This Merlot is perfectly ripe, smooth and has a lovely, delicate, spiced edge with notes of plum, blackberry and vanilla.
El Sabio Carménère 2025
- ABV: 11.5%
- Vintage: 2025
- Size: 75cl
-
Grape type:
Carménère -
Wine style:
Full Bodied Reds -
Winemaker:
Gonzalo Pérez Abarzúa -
Chile:
Valle Central -
At its best:
Now - End 2028
Winemaker Gonzalo Pérez Abarzúa has used French-native grape Carménère here to great effect. Hand-harvested from the best sites in the Valle Central, he has the wisdom to allow the grape to dictate its own dark, deeply scented and deliciously silky character. Serve with lamb meatballs and tomato sauce or grilled stuffed peppers for the perfect pairing.
Le Zeitgeist Sauvignon Blanc Vin De France 2024

-
Grape type:
Sauvignon Blanc -

Fruity Whites -
Winemaker:
Christelle Bourrange -
France:
Vin De France -
At its best:
Now - End 2030
The South of France is a terrific source of flavourful white wines, and the region in and around Gascogne is one of the very best. This is a delicious Sauvignon Blanc crafted in a bright fruit-forward style that we like to describe simply as tasty and engaging. You'll fine classic citrus fruit that tips into the tropical before a crisp and vibrant finish that is balanced and mouth-watering.
16 Little Black Pigs Chardonnay 2025

-
Grape type:
Chardonnay -
Wine style:
Dry and Crisp Whites -
Winemaker:
Fuse Winemaking Team -
Australia:
South Eastern Australia -
At its best:

The origin of this charming label lies with a few Gloucester Old Spots from 2007. Winemaker Steve Grimley is the keeper of the exponentially reproducing troupe of the swine that gave us the 16 Little Black Pigs label. Their enthusiasm to supply him with top-quality meat is matched only by his drive to supply us with great wine - like this one. With exuberantly fresh citrus fruit at its heart, crunchy acidity and long, lively finish.
El Zumbido Viura 2024
- ABV: 12%
- Vintage: 2024
- Size: 75cl
-
Grape type:
Macabeo / Viura -
Wine style:
Dry and Crisp Whites -
Winemaker:
Alvaro Campos -
Spain:
Cariñena -
At its best:
Now - End 2027
El Zumbido ('the buzz') is a local nickname for the wind that whistles through the vines up in the hills of Cariñena. This wind is critical to the style of this Viura. Ripened well in the Spanish sun, the grapes develop lovely peach aromas backed up by pear. But it's the El Zumbido that keeps the wine from becoming overripe and sticky, delivering an integral freshness that completes a very moreish wine.
Brio Soave DOC 2024
- ABV: 11%
- Vintage: 2024
- Size: 75cl
-
Grape type:
Garganega -
Wine style:
Dry and Crisp Whites -
Winemaker:
Edoardo Lessio -
Italy:
Soave -
At its best:
Now - End 2027
Introducing the lively Brio Soave, a classy little number that is going to bowl over anyone who thought Pinot Grigio and Gavi were the only Italian whites on the wine list. In the heart of Veneto, the capital of Soave production, we find Edoardo Lessio with his wealth of winemaking experience. The new offering of Soave is just as vibrant, made with the racy Italian grape Garganega. Underpinned by almonds, crunchy apple and the prominence of pear, this delightful wine is as fresh as a daisy, to be enjoyed solo or relished over three hour lunches. Its versatility knows no bounds, so would be right at home with simple dishes such as fresh egg pasta or haddock fish cakes and radicchio salad.
