Winemaker Jacques Theron harnesses this naturally formed nectar to create an enigmatic and characterful white with plenty of weight. Pear and orchard fruit leads on to a seamless citrus and mineral-laden finish. Simply ravishing.

We fought good and hard to get this, with our winemaking team in Oz to help us. We have loads of Remington-liked-it-so-much-we-bought-the-company moments and this was one. A wonderful parcel of Limestone Coast Sauvignon Blanc came up, and we bought it all for a knock-off trotter price. Which is not to say the wine isn't awesome. This one is clean as a whistle and has crisp citrus and tropical fruit allure.
