Working hand in hand with Hernan de la Barra we've blended up and bottled a wonderfully dense, fruit-filled Malbec from two of his best vineyards in Chile's Central Valley. Both are hand harvested to ensure the fruit arrives at the winery in tip-top shape ready for the winemaking team to work their magic. Packed with plum and blueberry fruit flavours, and a lovely mouth-coating texture.

Winemaking in Portugal can be dated back to around the 5th century BC, but these days you might be forgiven for thinking that it is better known for Port rather than still table wines. However with a diverse climate and a new focus on modern winemaking techniques we're starting to see a lot more exciting wines like Casal Sobreiro Tinto hit our shores. This is a clever fellow and it will turn you on to modern Portuguese reds in a moment!

This little ripper is another superb offering from winemaker Frank Mollo. A Shiraz with a juicy black cherry and blackberry nose with spicy undertones. The winemaking is first-class and, being family owned and run, they are dedicated to achieving the very best quality. It makes the perfect accompaniment to wintery foods such as grilled meats, grilled vegetables, wild game or even beef stew.

From the sun-drenched vineyards of Southern France, Le Grande Ciel is a well-constructed blend of Grenache, Syrah and Marselan. Three classic varietals that capture the essence of the region's rich terroir. Deep ruby in colour, this elegant yet powerful red offers up ripe blackberries, dark cherries and plums with hints of lavender and warm spices. It expresses a long finish with hints of dark chocolate and cracked pepper.

Verdejo with Sauvignon Blanc has become a real go-to white blend in Spain in recent years. The extra seasoning here though comes from the limestone soils where these two vineyards sit, giving the wine a super refreshing mineral crunch that'll have you coming back for more.

Les Arbousiers Trio 2024

Why have one grape variety when you can have three? Trio is a blend of equal parts Sauvignon Blanc, Colombard and Gros Manseng from the south west of France. And whilst each grape can be beautiful on its own, this blend becomes greater than the sum of its parts. It is a really versatile white which will accompany crisp summer salads, grilled fish and roasted poultry with authority. Enjoy well chilled.
