This Aussie vintage is the result of naturally lower yields, which provided top-class grapes for winemakers to work with. We recommend you decant, if you can, and serve with stacked baps of slow-cooked shoulder of pork, crackling with sausage meat and apricot stuffing.

Like the famous albacore tuna, the guys behind Albacore wines have endless energy and determination. Their niche is selecting the best grapes from individual regions and bringing them together seamlessly. This is a rich, smooth red, softened by a little time in oak. It has pronounced notes of damson fruit with dark undertones, backed by classic chocolate box and savoury spice. A beautiful comfort wine with an enveloping structure.

Les Arbousiers Trio 2024

Why have one grape variety when you can have three? Trio is a blend of equal parts Sauvignon Blanc, Colombard and Gros Manseng from the south west of France. And whilst each grape can be beautiful on its own, this blend becomes greater than the sum of its parts. It is a really versatile white which will accompany crisp summer salads, grilled fish and roasted poultry with authority. Enjoy well chilled.
