This wonderful whiskey starts its life out in Florida, USA as a premium bourbon, slowly maturing in American White Oak. After 18 months in barrel it is then sent over to the Keepr's Distillery where it is aged for a further three months in once-used bourbon casks. This adds a new depth of char, garners a deeper colour and develops the oak spice, vanilla and caramel notes that little bit further. It is carefully brought down to bottling strength with exceptionally pure Cotswold water and, finally, infused with smoked 100% British honey from their own hives. Beautifully balanced, with the gentle natural sweetness of honey with a gorgeous hint of campfire smoke.
