Northland was the first major release from The Wolfburn Distillery after a sizeable project launched in 2011 to reawaken this long lost Scottish gem. With a history dating back to 1821 that finished around 1870 it is great to see this once legendary Scotch back on the market. The expertly put together team, Including Iain Kerr from Glenlivet, believe in an unhurried approach from start to finish and the results speak for themselves in this soft, warming, single malt.
