The award-winning Bodegas Emilio Lustau, celebrated since 1896 for their fine Sherries, have recently turned their attention to reviving the tradition of making vermouth! Not ones to just take tradition and stick to it they have brought a modernity to their bottlings that is wonderful. This is the rosé expression and it is simply delicious. Before being carefully macerated with a botanical recipe the base blend is expertly crafted, combining bready aged fino, a floral muscatel and a local fruity red wine Tintilla di Rota. The resulting release is a must-try rosé vermouth!
