The Oxford Artisan Distillery (TOAD) are one of the UK's most exciting set ups, crafting a range of exceptionally high-quality spirits that are wonderfully unique and utterly delicious. This release is crafted in tiny batches using sustainably sourced organic rye and organic malted rye flour, so there are no nasties used in its creation. It is triple distilled before spending a short three month stint in fine American oak casks to add gentle sweetness and preserve its natural delicate lightness.
