Four carefully selected rums from across the Caribbean are expertly blended and aged in very fine white oak ex-bourbon casks on the island of Jersey. The secret ingredient, well it is not really a secret, is a local, foraged seaweed called pepper dulse. Once foraged from the coastline the team sun dry, oak smoke and then finally infuse their already excellent bespoke rum with it. The smoky, truffle like notes work perfectly with the lovely natural caramel notes of the rum and create a truly unique drinking experience.
