A fiery spirit that is a blend of two top quality rums. One dark and dense from Guyana's famous Diamond Distillery, the other, a lighter less imposing rum, from Trinidad Distillers. The finishing touches are put in place by the addition of a few natural spices, including cloves and cassia. All in all this has created a truly unique drink that is great served neat over ice or mixed with coca-cola or ginger beer and garnished with a slice of lime.
