The Platino is a rare blend of Dominican rums made from fresh cane juice and molasses. Made in small batches under the expert eye of the master blender, it is aged for over a year in American oak barrels so that the rums fuse to create a more complex spirit. The next step is to transfer it to old barrels that previously held Spanish Tempranillo where the spirit settles and refines before being released. Each superbly crafted bottle is hand numbered.
