The Æcorn range of non- alcoholic spirits are crafted by the UK specialists Seedlip. They are a collection of aperitif style drinks, produced to offer a great alternative to some of the world's most famous appetite inducing tipples. They are created using a base of the three main Champagne grapes - Pinot Noir, Muenier and Chardonnay - grown here in the UK. The grapes are gently pressed and then blended with a collection of carefully selected herbs, roots and bitter botanicals. This is a delicious bitter expression and can be compared with the classic Italian bitter drink Campari.
