It is made using traditional distillation techniques, with delicate seaside botanicals such as locally sourced sea kelp and samphire which is balanced by fragrant juniper, cardamom, coriander, blood orange and grapefruit. This gives this non-alcoholic spirit an intense yet inviting depth of flavour.
