Partners Craig and Maria, from South Africa and Sweden respectively, decided in 2017 to harness the extraordinary botanicals from the Cederberg mountains by distilling them with ancient, pristine Swedish water to create this wonderful alternative to gin. The pair use buchu and rooibos from the Western Cape to give Ceder's its unique flavour. Other botanicals include juniper, cucumber and camomile.
