Borrago is a non-alcoholic spirit that is totally unique. However, we think it works best if you treat it like a top-quality gin. We recommend serving it with tonic water over ice and garnishing with a slice of fresh lemon or lime. The botanicals, which include lemon, cardamom and rosemary, are steam distilled separately and then carefully blended together to create a unique alcohol-free spirit. Superbly refreshing with wonderful aromas of citrus fruits and a little peppery spice.
