The King's Ginger is a wonderful take on a century old recipe, created by the careful maceration of ginger root, which is finished by the addition of lemon oil, to give the finish a lively citrus zip. It was originally developed as a tonic for King Edward VII, to keep his majesty firing on all cylinders and today that original recipe has been given a modern facelift inside and out. Possessing wonderful aroma of ginger, zesty lemon, sherbet and golden syrup and on the palate that there is plenty of richness to the texture before the lingering spicy citrus finish.
