Rose Rabbit Orange Liqueur

In a little hipster shop in the north of the South Island, Gisbourne grown navel oranges are hand-squeezed for their fresh and tasty juice. The remaining peel is transported to the Cardrona Distillery and macerated in the very special Cardrona Single Malt Vodka. It is then lightly sweetened to create this deliciously vibrant orange liqueur. What we love most about this spirit is how versatile it is. You can serve this with crushed ice and soda water in the middle of summer, use it in cocktails such as a mojitos (instead of rum), have it neat with your coffee as a night cap, splosh a little in your hot chocolate, or drizzle it over vanilla ice cream to make a decadent adult treat.
