The Chase Distillery are an award-wining outfit who make exceptionally good spirits from scratch. They grow their own potatoes at the Chase Farm and distil them to create an exceptional base spirit. Once they have carefully crafted that base spirit they re-distil it to create a wonderful range of top-class spirits and their latest adventure has been to craft a first of its kind seltzer. Using their grapefruit and pomelo gin as a base and then blending with sparkling water, also made on the farm, they have crafted a superbly zingy, exceptionally fresh drink.
