A wonderful bespoke produced light pink gin, inspired by the crisp zingy flavours of freshly crushed ripe raspberries and the aromatic charms of a great Provence rosé wine. The recipe includes punchy pink peppercorns, dried lemon peel and plenty of juniper to add depth and deliver layers of classic pine notes and signature bitterness to the overall flavour profile.
The Distillery The Distillery
We teamed up with Master Distiller Jake Wilson to craft this exclusive limited release London dry gin. He's been plying his trade for seven years now and he joined Bullards just before we started on this project, a very timely arrival indeed! He's at the top of the stack in terms of his approach to crafting top-end spirits and he was a joy to work with. We'll be teaming up again so keep an eye out for new releases.
