A stunning craft gin from South Africa's Western Cape. A region long renowned and respected for some of the world's finest wines, they are now taking to making top-class spirits and the Inverroche collection is one we are mightily impressed with. A zesty expression, which is infused with fynbos. A collection and diverse array of plants, found on the South African coast with its limestone rich soils. It is a crisp dry gin with a wonderfully spicy finish.
