Chase are a unique UK distillery in that they grow their own potatoes to make the base spirit for all their fantastic products. So very much like wine they go from field to bottle, via some very fancy copper pot stills of course! This is their wonderful London dry gin and is crafted by copper pot distilling their original Chase Vodka with 10 botanicals - juniper, coriander seed, bitter almond, cinnamon bark, ginger, cloves, angelica root, liquorice root, lemon peel, and cardamom. The resulting gin is extra-dry and perfectly balanced.
