The Duck and Crutch team, fiances George and Holly, produce tiny, small-batch gins out of their, also tiny, shed in Kensington, London. This is an 'overproof' version of their original London dry which uses exactly the same recipe and botanical mix, but is only watered down after distillation to 57% abv. Expect a powerful gin that holds plenty of juniper flavour with gentle cardamom spice and hints of bitter tea.
