This is a wonderfully soft citrus fruit-filled gin, small-batch produced in Sussex by the lovely team at the Ditchling Spirits. The juniper base is joined by an intriguing mix of botanicals that include angelica, orange, lemon, bitter almond and cassia bark. The final distil is mellowed down to 40% using exceptionally pure Sussex spring water which is a key part of the soft texture on the palate. Well integrated, exceptionally fresh and well suited to premium Mediterranean style tonics.
