Sacred Spirits was founded in 2008 by Ian Hart, who's love of the art of distilling encouraged him to switch the algorithms of a Wall Street trader for a full time producer of high-quality spirits. He grew up in London and was from a young age fascinated by the city's long history of gin production. Well aware that quality was low on the priority list in years gone by he knew he needed to approach things from a quality perspective if he was to succeed. We think he's managed to do that, and some!
