Burleighs London Dry Gin Distiller's Cut uses the same 11 botanicals as the original, but in a different ratio. It has been altered to be softer, sweeter and more floral, making it a great spirit for mixologists. On the nose, lively citrus combines with eucalyptus and earthy juniper. This is followed up on the palate with the addition of sweet violet, pine and aromatic spice. You can really tell that this gin in inspired by woodland which surrounds the distillery.
