The Torres family have a long history of making wine that dates back to 1870, however, it wasn't until 1928 when Juan Casals made their first brandy from a selection of highly prized white wines. This is their ten year old release and it is matured in a solera, like they do in Jerez with Sherry, made exclusively from American oak and the resulting brandy is rich and rounded with lovely ripe wood tannins.
