When it comes to trying to breathe life into something that is steeped in tradition and somewhat stuck in its ways you have to be bold, brave and, perhaps, just a little nutty! Well that is what Steph and Tim had in spades when they decided to create a new-wave style Calvados. That's not to say there aren't some truly sensational traditional style Calvadoses out there - we even stock some! However, this is a much more modern beast altogether and is made in a floral, fruity, and proudly apple-forward way. It is produced by a classic Calvados producer, Distillerie Coquerel, with style guidance from Steph and Tim and the environment, especially the preservation of the world's bee population at the heart of their efforts. We love it!
