It is a wonderful elixir that displays an amazing pink colour in the glass, rather than the more traditional and garish bright green! The colour is achieved by macerating the finished absinthe with rose petals for 24 hours, where the natural pink hue of the flower leaches out and adds a finishing touch to this unique spirit.
