Not content with filtering this vodka through 13 metres of Russian coal, it is then subject to a nine step purification process. We can guarantee your Martinis will never taste the same. We have also included a bottle of dark Caribbean rum from Neptune. This drop is made from pure sugar cane molasses and blended from only the best 8, 5 and 3 year old rums. That have been aged in American bourbon oak casks. A perfect dribble to go alongside your sweet Christmas pudding. This selection doesn't stop there! The Gardener is a small batch gin made by us in collaboration with head distiller Mark Boswell at The Old Curiosity Distillery in Edinburgh. We hand picked the focus botanicals from their secret garden and that handcrafted nature was the inspiration behind the project. The gin category is packed to the rafters with citrus lead gins and so we wanted to make something that stood out and settled on a savoury inspired gin that makes a mean gin and tonic but also is ideally suited to making a high quality negroni!

The Torres family have a long history of making wine that dates back to 1870, however, it wasn't until 1928 when Juan Casals made their first brandy from a selection of highly prized white wines. This is their ten year old release and it is matured in a solera, like they do in Jerez with Sherry, made exclusively from American oak and the resulting brandy is rich and rounded with lovely ripe wood tannins.
