The structure of the Rhône Valley Vineyards Appellations represents a pyramid shape. Côtes du Rhône, made in a total of 171 towns stretching across 86,000 acres of the valley, forms the base and the Côtes-du-Rhône Villages wines, produced in 95 towns, is placed just above it. Above these come the Côtes-du-Rhône Villages with a specific geographic name. There are 22 of these who can add the name of their town directly on the label – like our Domaine Dieu Le Fit Côtes-du-Rhône Villages Visan, Domaine la Cabotte Côtes-du-Rhône Villages Massif d'Uchaux and Domaine de la Vallee des Grives Côtes-du-Rhône Villages Valreas.
